LEMON POPPY SEED OATS
Oat muesli with lemon and poppy seeds

Ingredients
• 100g oats, freshly flaked
• 1-2 tsp poppy seeds
• 1 tbsp agave syrup
• Juice of 1/2 lemon (preferably organic)
• 3 tbsp soya yoghurt (preferably lemon-lime)
• 220 ml soya milk
Toppings: lemon slices, a little lemon zest and yoghurt

Freshly flaked oats contain much, much more nutrients than industrially processed oats and therefore support you in your healthy diet!
PREPARATION
Simply put all the ingredients together in a jar - or another container of your choice - and mix everything together well. It's best to leave the whole thing in the fridge overnight / otherwise for at least 6 hours to soak / infuse. The next morning, simply garnish with your favourite toppings and you're ready to eat. Have fun trying it out!
