The rattan proofing baskets are suitable for whole-grain doughs up to 1000 g.
A proofing basket is used to support dough during the final proof. It protects the dough from drying out, stabilizes its shape (especially with softer doughs), and gives it a defined form and characteristic pattern depending on the basket material and craftsmanship. After each use, the basket should be dried and brushed out.
